How to revive yourself and start a new chapter of your life.
Life is not one -sided street. It doesn’t matter how much distance you have taken on one path, you can always choose another. Yes, even when you feel like you have messed with savings.
For most men, at least one of the following is true: You are trapped in a dead end, your body looks like a few pounds of butter falling on the kitchen floor, and if you have a relationship-if there is frustration instead of happiness.
This is what you get by choosing the minimum resistance path. I did so too, so I don’t blame you. But that means that you are either at a distance from the man or you have just decided that the time of a new chapter has come because you have left the old behind.
For a second, imagine how your life could look if you pulled it. You enjoy Experience real contact and love. When you look in the mirror, you feel good about your body. Finally As to be Dude you want to be.
Stop here for a second and understand it: This is possible.
Rich roll is a living legend. Not only is he an ultraman rival, runs a very successful business, and affects millions of people every day – he did all this at 31 after jail and drug restoration.
“I didn’t reach my athletic peak until the age of 43. I did not write my first book until the age of 44. I did not start my podcast until the age of 45. At the age of 30, I thought my life was over. I know it has just started.”
As a person who has left his 9-5 behind to run a business and live on a beautiful island, I can tell you that you cannot meet major changes with immediate reforms.
But if you are serious about starting a new chapter and willing to stay permanently, your leader is here.
Three limited beliefs that prevent you from keeping your dream alive
“Whatever your brain can imagine and accept, it can be achieved.”
A Study Of the more than half a million students from 72 countries, the Mac Cancity Company has received amazing insights.
The best prediction for the performance of the students was not their socio -economic background. It was their Mindfulness
A fixed mindset puts you in its place rather than expanding your past, so leave your limited beliefs behind.
“It’s too late to start now!”
The example of the Rich Roll shows that age is just a number, so stop telling yourself excuses. Life experience, wisdom and expertise are more capable of your teenage era. A few years of dedication can turn your life and give you decades of happiness.
Think about it this way: Even if you want to do it takes five years – when these five years are over, you will want to do this, even if you are old.
“It’s very difficult and dangerous!”
Full Discovery: Living yourself again will be one of the most difficult tasks you have ever had because you have to kill your old identity. Your Anna will pull every trick in the book so that you can avoid getting out of your comfort area.
You will have to cut down some pills to seek everlasting desire.
But you can do it.
“My current life is not so bad so bad!”

Moderation is a silent killer.
Whenever you are afraid to wake up for work, look at another boy’s bosses, or scold yourself by not keeping the balls to go to a beautiful woman at the bar, a small part of you die. After that, you turn to tectic, drugs, net flakes and porn to handle pain.
Day by day, moderation poisons your bloodstream. Eliminating the needle will hurt, but then you will feel better.
Now that your head is in the right place, let us run our sleeves and go to work.
Finding your compass

Big changes come from a big view.
Martin Luther King’s dream led to an end to separation. Mahatma Gandhi’s independence India’s view of independence was given to the country. Steve Wozniack’s personal computing vision helped putting a computer at every home.
To be told, it is difficult to change your life. You would like to give up. You will be lost in distress. It will be difficult for you to find the next steps. But with a clear vision, you always know what you are shooting – and you always know what the most important means.
Painting is easy. Ask yourself what are you? Really Want from life. Do not allow you to stop swinging your brushes from the molds and limited beliefs of society. If you want a hippie life on the beach, regardless of what cultural pressure says – do not find ways to please others because you will lose yourself. It is Your Canvas to paint.
Some of the questions you want to flow to your creative juice are:
- What would be proud of my eight and 80 -year -old himself?
- What are my values? What’s the difference to me?
- What do I want my ideal day to look like this? (Do it for days of working and non -working days)
- What kind of people do I want to surround myself?
- What do I have to do when I’m on my death?
- If I could change something about the world, what would it be?
- What do I want to see when I look in the mirror?
- How do I want to describe at my funeral?
Think about these long and hard. Write the answers. Paint a comprehensive picture of your year, your months, your weeks, your day and your life. Photos, enter the price and collect whatever affects you. Make your vision.
This is your North Star, your compass. Whenever you find yourself at a crossroads or take the risk of getting off the track, see it. Remind yourself why it makes such a difference.
There is only one shot in your life, so make it what you want to stay.
Once you let the earth go
The most difficult part of the change is not adopting new behavior – it lets the older leave.
If you are accustomed to falling on the sofa after work, it is more likely that you will leave the gym. This is the case with the phone scrolling overnight and snipping your alarm.
If you want to start a new chapter of your life, take your current inventory. Then, ask yourself:
“Does it support the behavior, person, or the environment who I want to be and in which life I want to live?”
When you clean your closet, you make a place for new, better things.
This can be scary because going means killing a part of your identity. This is not about right or wrong. Friend tells you to go to McDonald’s or see Netflix, it’s not a mistake and is not your comfortable sofa. But your life is your responsibility, so you have to decide what you expose yourself – and what’s better.
Don’t be afraid of opening an empty page – good things to fill it. Will come

If you pay the price, make sure you keep the change
Every January, my gym has an almost hilarious scene. Hundreds of people work on it, working on their bits. Sweat, rotate, paint. Then they are erased like locusts, leaving the barren region, crack machines and dry pockets of sweat.
Encouragement gives you a lot of more. An exercise every day. Two books every month. Every evening, stir you for three hours. You are burning and ends in this place.
Encourage is a firestarter, habits are coal that keeps burning.
Imagine where you can be in twelve months if you are permanent.
Do not overwhelm yourself. Start small In habit, repetition is more important than weight.
As James Claire, Author New York Times Best Seller Nuclear habits Say:
“Make standard before you improve.”
Over time, a lot of repetition changes your life and identity.
Once you have done a hundred, you are no longer lazy sofa potatoes.
Once you’ve made your first hundred dollars, your business doesn’t seem to be “it will never work now”.
Instead, you will be successful and good-or whatever you are shooting.
Look at the vision you have created in your life. What do you need to do on a daily and weekly basis to get there? Make it a habit.
There are some golden principles here to help you.
Write the intention of implementing
Research This shows that being specific about your new habits doubles the possibility of it as you follow. Write What You are going to do, When, And Where. Then keep track of it.
Start the smaller
Counting of repetition. Like developing weights, start with a low effort habit and ramp it every other week. Make it easy for yourself.
Reward yourself
Celebrate the little win. Did you consider this morning? Make yourself your favorite tea. Are you stuck on your workout goals this week? Massage Recipe your brain through your new behavior positive positive reinforcement.
Use your environment
Will Power is a limited means, so relying on it alone makes you a failure. Get an accountability partner for your workout. Install an app blocker on your phone. Replace the TV remote with a book. The possibilities are endless.
Mix learning with exercise
Read, listen and see – but build, create and work. Be permanent in both. As Abu Bakr said: “Without knowledge, action is useless and knowledge is useless without action.”
Last but at least, think like a child.
Discover. Play here. Try different things. Have fun with it. You are on a new path. Happiness is on a journey, not the destination.
“No semen can be polished without a friction, nor is anyone perfect without trials”
Change always meets resistance.
When I decided to leave my expert master’s program to start a business online, I opened the gates of hell.
My mother was coming out because I was “Throwing my life.” My friends couldn’t understand why I didn’t put the power and end it. The only one was my university, which says a lot about the German education system.
When you try to change, you will have to face resistance, mostly people who are afraid of change or get stuck in their thoughts.
But once you make a decision, you have to continue.
It’s just a life. You decide what your future looks like. So who are you waiting for?
