Fox returned Mustang’s body, at least, because Ford Just pulling the wrapping from the FX package for 2026 Mustang. Thanks to its reactionary theme, the S650 Model Pack in the Modern Age gives a heavy dose of the eighties of the last century. Available exclusively on the Mustang GT Premium 2026 models, regardless of the transportation or body style you choose, or add a performance package, the Ford’s goal with the FX package is to target the millennial crowd born in the 1980s and 1990s.
This step is part of a broader playing book for Ford that sees back in historical models, something that Blue OVAL plays successfully in recent years. After the company revived the Bronco and Bronco Sport painting in 2020, the degrees inspired by the heritage were submitted with deep roots in the 1960s in both models. Think about the white network, classic wheels, tone paint, reactionary touches in the cabin.

This same formula is now applied to Mustang. Although the S197 was really a model for Fastback’s re -introduction in the 1960s, we have seen special packages for S650 before, FX package celebrates Fox Body with unique Oxford White touches. You will find it everywhere, from 19 -inch wheels, 5.0 GT and Pony, and even in the network nose. FX standard variables have a dark western gray nose, while Performance Pack cars feature black sparkling with white gills. The Oxford White White lamps will be available to all the seventh -generation Mustang owners through Ford’s performance parts.
Another external highlight is the wheels. While the standard design of five FX copies is a new experience on the current Mustang wheel, Performance Pack cars get a design that takes signals from OG Fox Body alloys. This was finished in the middle of the luminous white with a central-matching central caps, carrying the WordMark Mustang GT brand full of complementarity, inspired by the 1987-93 models. Oxford White accents should also be a contrast with the Adriatic blue minerals here (A Modern Take the Classic Teal) and Orange Fury metallic tricoat.
Inside, the theme of reactionary coding continues with a new leather upholstery with a black and white perforated inserting the third -generation Mustang patterns. The optional Recaro (Coupe only) bears the same reactionary taste. Everything is linked to the contrast to the silver and the Adriatic Blue City, via seats, rush, steering wheel, and doors, as well as the new security belt options in international, blue or black orange with red lines, everything together.
So, if you grew up with Mustang’s stickers during the fox on the wall of your bedroom or drive one in high school, you may only get a FX package from nostalgia to the past. Ford has not announced pricing yet, but you will not have to wait a long time to find out that it was written open requests in late June.
